On the next page is a typical Annual Events Calendar. This calendar is not current, but rather is included to give you an idea of the frequency and nature of One World events. Times and dates are scheduled based on where weekends fall, and on what worked for us in previous years; they are subject to rescheduling without further notice. It should, however, give you a good idea of One World’s timetable and program flow.

Working Groups and Event Facilitating Teams meet more frequently, as required, and their meetings are not noted in the calendar.

    The Events Gallery is filled with photos of One World events, at all stages, at home and abroad. The pictures capture the real spirit of the program, beginning with Selection Week and preparation time, moving through the four Third World programs, and concluding with Debriefing and Reunion Weekend meetings. There are three sections to the Gallery:

• One World Events — Including Selection Weekend, Parents’ Meeting, debriefing Weekend, Reunion Weekend and Collective Meetings.
  
  
• The Eight-Month Programs — Including prep time; Photos taken of the teams living in the various Third World countries; and North American Presentations and debriefing at the conclusion of the various programs.

• The Summer Mexico Program — including preparation; time spent in the country; and debriefing back at home.
